Features

• For all rentals between March 1 – October 31, your stay also includes FREE beach service, which includes 2 oceanfront beach loungers and an umbrella: a $280 value!
• With our owner-managed unit there is no need to even stop at the front desk to access the property. The front door lock features a push-button combination lock that we will program with your unique entry code valid for your stay. No need for a physical key or magnetic card that can get lost in the sand! We can easily provide 1203W access to last-minute renters or guests who have lost their code, by sending the codes via email or text message. Note that before you can begin using Splash amenities someone in your party will need to stop by the Splash HOA check-in desk to pay the $20 fee, and pick up parking passes and armbands for everyone in your party.

Rental Conditions

• We maintain a seven day minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday, from Memorial Day week to the third Saturday in August. All other times there is a three day minimum stay required.
• Rental available to Families Only during Spring Break
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25

The Space

Unlike some corporate-managed units, we have furnished our two bedroom and two bathroom condo in the way that our family enjoys for beach vacation getaways. Splash 302E will give you that happy beach feeling both outside and inside.

The unit features unique and comfortable beach-themed furnishings throughout, and provides comfortable accommodations for up to six people.

Kitchen

The upgraded kitchen features completely upgraded appliances, granite counters with custom cabinets, and is equipped with utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bakeware and storage ware – everything you would expect to find in your own home.

Dinning Room

Just beside the kitchen, the dining room has a large wood table, with seating for up to 6 people, as well as breakfast bar seating with 4 bar stools.

Living Room

The spacious living room will accommodate everyone in comfort and style, as you enjoy watching movies on the wide-screen TV or enjoying the view of the Gulf of Mexico through the large French doors.

Additionally, there is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa which sleeps 2.

Master Bedroom

It has a comfortable King-sized bed with pillow top mattress, and its own private bathroom. It also features a huge glass door which easily opens to the smell, view and the sound of the emerald coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

The spacious private bathroom includes granite counters and combination bathtub/shower, with color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories to provide the finishing touches.

There is also great water pressure and plenty of hot water to wash off the Gulf of Mexico at the end of the day.

Second Bedroom

It has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and its own private bathroom.

The spacious bathroom includes granite counters and combination bathtub/shower, with color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories.

Bunk Bed Area

The bunk area includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus a pull-out mattress.

Laundry

We offer a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Balcony

The Balcony stretches across the length of the condo, with sliding door access from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom, and offers comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the incredible views.

The whole family will enjoy watching the dolphins, pelicans, and other wildlife (including people!).
