Sunset Joy is a BRAND NEW BUILD - this 8 bedroom, 8 bath Crystal Beach masterpiece is the perfect place to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! Sunset Joy is Destin's newest ultra-luxury home, offering all the amenities you've been looking for. One of Crystal Beach's largest homes, this is truly a unique show place, sitting only a tad over a block from the sugar white beaches of Destin.
This home features 3 floors, almost 5300 Sq. Ft. of exceptional living space. with three living rooms (one on each floor), three balconies, and a spacious private 6ft fenced-in backyard with a heated salt-water pool. There is enough parking for up to 9 cars, which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living! You're only a block from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from Destin Commons, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more. Enjoy pristine sand bars and perfectly manicured sand, then in the evening host a beach bonfire or the wedding of your dreams!
The Space
Sunset Joy features 6 King Master suites with private en-suite bathrooms on the first two floors. The third floor is the “Kid Zone”, with a room with bunk beds and another with a Queen bed. You can relax in one of three living rooms, one for each floor.
As you walk through the front door, you will be mesmerized by one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture, and Quartz counter tops throughout the kitchen and in every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 55” 1080p smart TVs in all three living rooms or one of the additional 9 smart TVs throughout the home.
You're welcome to make use of our baby / toddler supplies that we keep on site including booster seats, high-chairs, step stools, safety gates for the stairs, Pack ‘n’ Plays, etc. Just ask!
First Floor
Kitchen
This grand gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with your family and friends. It has quartz countertops, a large island with 4 bar stools, and every appliance and item of cookware you need to make every meal special.
Dining Room
Just across from the kitchen, the dining room has a large custom-designed wood table, with unique oak benches. It seats up to 10 people.
Master Bedroom
Includes a King-sized four-poster bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom.
The bathroom offers a stand-up shower stall with rain shower heads, up to the ceiling tiles, frameless glass shower doors and a pebble stone floor. There is a stand-alone soaking tub, and beautiful Durato tile floors – with its spa like atmosphere, you will never want to leave!
Second Bedroom
Includes a King-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom accessed via a beautiful barn door.
The bathroom includes a stand-up shower stall with a frameless glass shower door, up to the ceiling tiles, pebble stone floor and a rain shower head.
Laundry Room
Located towards the back of the property, we offer a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs Living Room
This living room has plenty of comfortable space for everyone to get together, with four large comfy chairs and a 55" TV. There are also two desks, for those who need a quiet place to check their email.
This second upstairs living room provides a perfect place to relax for the afternoon snoozers of your group, for those times when the downstairs living room is occupied!
Third Floor
Seventh Bedroom (Bunk Bedroom)
It has Full-over-Full sized bunk beds (sleeping 4), as well as a flat screen TV, and its own bathroom.
The bathroom includes a tub-shower combination, up to the ceiling tiles, and a rain shower head.
Eighth Bedroom
Includes a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and full attached bathroom.
The bathroom includes a stand-up shower stall with a frameless glass shower door, up to the ceiling tiles, pebble stone floor and a rain shower head.
There are also two Pack 'n' Plays provided, for babies and infants.
Game Room
Plenty of space for kids (large and small!) to hang out, or for other members of your group to relax away from everyone else.
There are also two twin beds in the area adjoining the game room.
Outside Area
Salt-water Pool (24 ft x 12 ft)
The palm tree lined salt-water heated* pool is one of the largest pools in Crystal Beach, and comes equipped with a full outdoor built-in kitchen and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars, or which could be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs for everyone in your group.
*Pool heating (if required) is usually $250-$350 per week, depending upon the time of the year. Contact owner for details.
Outdoor Kitchen
Comprising a gas grill, griddle / cooktop, and sink, you can enjoy the perfect cookout under the beautiful Florida skies.

Three upstairs porches provide the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee, if you’re not yet ready to sit by the pool.
